- Placing and administering of purchase order to support the contract buyer.
- Obtaining of quotations and prices from suppliers, liaising with contract buyer and depot agents for resolution of queries.
- Issuing of purchase orders to suppliers and electronic filing of associated documents.
- System in use is IFS.
- Experience of any purchasing systems such as oracle/SAP advantageous but not essential. Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages word/excel/outlook essential.
