Our client is looking for a Receptionist to join there successful team in London.
We are looking for candidates who have experience of working within a similar role within a fast paced environment, is confident and professional in managing internal and external relationships and have experience of using Microsoft packages.
Up to £23,000 pa + travel (dependant on experience).
-Managing reception area.
-Answering and redirecting all incoming calls.
-Managing office visitors.
-Weekly stationery / Inventory check to ensure all stock is up to date.
-Co-ordination of all incoming and outgoing post and courier services.
-Photocopy, faxing, binding and filing company documents.
-Managing meetings room including preparation of all refreshments.
-General ad hoc duties on behalf of HR/Office Manager.
