16-20hrs p/w (flexible in terms of days/hours preferred)

Role:
* Reporting line directly into HRBP and involvement with Senior HRBP.
* Understanding of HR/recruitment advantageous. Workforce planning experience is ideal.
* Good attention to detail/data.
* Good stakeholder management/communication skills.
* Getting others to deliver.
* Central coordination and accurate data management.
* Training others on process changes.
* Agile in terms of delivery. It's a new part of a project so activities are subject to change).
* PowerBI skills.
