Our client is seeking 2 Sales Support/Customer Service Administrators to join their team on a permanent basis in Greenford.

Job Purpose:
To support the management of an efficient materials purchasing system, filing purchase orders and other relevant documents. Constantly watching the internal email address for orders and queries.

Duties:
- Processing Purchase Orders.
- Dealing with general enquires from Site Managers / Project Managers where necessary.
- Dealing with telephone calls to/from suppliers; Handling incoming quotes/product queries; Providing general advice and support.
- Monitor internal Purchasing email.
- Updating prices on buying system on regular basis.
- Assist with weekly reports.
- Maintaining library of historical prelim and material cost data and update on a regular basis. - - Maintain accurate information on databases or systems.
- Assist with the management of the Plant Hire Tracker.
