Senior BIM Coordinator

1st Step Solutions are currently representing a reputable business based Woking. This established Client requires an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties:
- Managing teams of technicians throughout the generation of fully coordinated 3D models derived from 2D AEC design information.
- Project coordination skills will be developed further with full client liaison in addition to services coordination.
- Support to project directors will be vital through accurate recording, reporting, presenting, etc.

Skills Required:
- You will have experience working with the latest Autodesk software. i.e. Revit, Fabrication CADMEP, Navisworks, etc.
- HVAC experience highly advantageous.
- Ambitions to progress their career within the HVAC/MEP industry and grow into a project management/project director role.
