Senior Scheduler

Assist Superintendents and Project Managers in the planning and scheduling of our construction projects. Senior Scheduler will drive development and maintenance of specific project cost control baselines, work breakdown structure, and reporting systems to fulfill project requirements.

Interface with Project team and others to enable exchange of information necessary to perform quality schedule, risk, budget and cost management.
Implement the project estimate into CMiC as the project budget.
Implement all data into Primavera (P3 or P6) and CMiC for project cost functions.
Establish initial cost baseline, WBS, and EVMS basis/analysis systems.
Establish and manage monthly EVMS reporting system to include monthly variance reporting by the responsible managers.
Provide overall budget and cost change control.
Produce all reports and analyses related to


Position Requirements & Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Construction Scheduler; expertise with project cost and schedule control a MUST.
4 years experience using Primavera (P3 or P6) interiors construction site experience, and a general understanding of project management and control systems is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or equivalent technical discipline or recognized equivalent.
A general understanding of scheduling principles and the ability to work in a fast paced environment in order to meet specific deadlines is essential.
