A need has arisen for a highly experienced Technical Services Manager in the London area. Offices are based in the city, with projects throughout the greater London region.

Projects are a mixture of commercial, shell and core, cut and carve and fit out - and can range from £2-20m M&E value.

We are looking for someone with experience from preconstruction through to handover, taking ownership of all procurement, design, build and delivery and building a lasting relationship with the client.
