Another year of Supporting the Lighthouse Club

We have renewed our support to the Lighthouse Club In March. You may see from our posts this is a charity 1st Step Solutions are very proud to support now more than ever. Our support for Lighthouse commenced when a candidate working for us was going through a hard time and the client contacted us to ask what support we offered, and the answer was simply not enough ! We approached lighthouse and was astounded by the support they offer the construction industry and wanted to be a part of it and give back a little.

The lighthouse offers some fantastic services to our industry and what impressed us is its run by the construction industry for the construction industry making the support relevant and our workers who are more inclined to reach out knowing they will be taking to someone who really understands.
