Are you a buyer with experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry?

This company is a leading manufacturer of mechanical products in a wide variety of industries. They have grown exponentially in recent years, and a role has been created for a supply chain buyer to manage the supply chain and get the best out of suppliers.

In this role you will manage the purchasing of materials, products, or services by reviewing demand, creating purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring on-time delivery. In this role you will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply issues, control costs, and maintain accurate records to keep operations running smoothly.

The Person

*Buying/purchasing or procurement experience

*Experience with ERP systems and data analysis

*Background in any engineering or manufacturing industry

The Role

*Review inventory levels and create purchase orders

*Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing and delivery dates

*Track shipments and resolve delays or supply issues
