Our client, A multinational construction company is seeking a HR Administrator/Officer to join them on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a busy and fast-paced role within the Service Delivery Team.
To be the first point of contact for employees on a wide range of HR issues including benefits and policies
Managing new starters and on-boarding process
Co-ordinating and documenting the absence
Processing any changes to employee's rewards and benefits packages
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within an HR environment with a particular focus on query resolution, process administration, HR Systems, HR Policies and basic employee relations.
