<p>Andy joined 1st Step Solutions in 2015 as the companies Operation Director, initially to help establish a new office / region in Bristol and the Southwest, bringing with him 20 years plus experience in the M&amp;E sector covering Trades and White Collar.</p><p>Being part of the 1st Step Solutions Board gave Andy the full understanding of the business, top to bottom, this experience was rewarded in September 2022 when alongside five other Directors, &nbsp;successfully completed a Management Buyout elevating him to the position of Director / Owner.</p><p>Becoming a business owner has not changed Andy, he is still very much active with BDM as well as helping out the resource team in sourcing candidates.</p><p>Away from the office, Andy enjoys golf, football and holidays, all of which he combines with a beer or two.</p>
