About the Role

We are recruiting for Electricians & Electrical Improvers for the following long-term project in Cornwall
Required: Electrical Improvers
Location : RAF St Mawgan, Newquay
Duration: at least 2years, more likely 3years.
Start Date: As soon as possible, security clearance takes around 6-8weeks
Duration: at least 2years, more likely 3years.
Site is open: 7.30am – 8.00pm Mon – Thursday, 2.30pm finish Fridays (55hrs). There is also some adhoc weekend hours.
Qualifications: CSCS Card. Site also required the CITB H&S eLearning Course (or equivalent) which the client will pay for.
Elec Improver - Pay Rates (PAYE/UMBRELLA PAYE)
Mon-Friday (up to 37.5hrs): £17.62p/hr
Mon-Friday (after 37.5hrs): £26.43p/hr
Weekends: £26.43p/hr Saturday morning. £35.24p/hr Saturday afternoon & Sundays.
Should you work the full weekday hours, gross pay is £1123.28p/w (take home pay on a standard tax code is circa £855p/w)
Umbrella Rates: £22.82p/hr (M-F up to 37.5hrs), £34.81p/hr (M-F after 37.5hrs & Saturday morning), £46.42p/hr (Saturday afternoon & Sunday)
CIS Payments aren’t available for Electrical Mates/Improvers on this project
We are also looking for Electricians to work on this project.
