Electrical Supervisor/AP Great Yarmouth Contract 1st Step Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor/AP to be based on a mixed-use development in Great Yarmouth. The ideal candidate must hold an Electrical LVAP Certificate dated within the last 3 years.

Mechanical Site Manager Leeds Contract 1st Step Solutions are working on behalf a Tier 1 M&E Contractor that have a requirement for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join them on a newly secured residential project in Leeds. You must have previous experience working with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on residential projects, and come from a mechanical background.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical works across a range of MEP projects. This role is critical in supporting the business to secure new contracts while maintaining profitability and competitiveness.

Required: Electrical Contracts Manager Work/Project Locations: South West/South Wales/South Coast/South East Salary: up to £58k p/a Holiday: Initially 22days & 8 Bank Holidays, additional 3 days accumulated over 3 years. To produce accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates for both mechanical and electrical building services tenders. The role supports the assessment of project risks, opportunities, and commercial viability while ensuring clear communication with internal teams, clients, and the supply chain. You will manage tenders from Initial Tender (ITT) through to submission, ensuring they are fully developed, technically compliant, and ready for final review by the Preconstruction Lead/Manager.
