The successful candidate will split their time approximately 80/20 between supporting live projects and pre-construction/tender activities.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical works across our projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical packages and have a proven ability to manage subcontractors, and coordinate works to meet tight programme requirements.

* Provide early-stage input on projects to assess BMS (Building Management System) and metering requirements, ensuring cost-effective and technically sound solutions. * Prepare scope documents and detailed specifications to facilitate accurate and competitive tenders from BMS and metering supply chain. * Support the Project Team in tender evaluations and assist in selecting qualified sub-contractors for control systems work, including participation in post-tender interviews.
